Through a Harvest Field Analysis we determine where the needs (white spots) of a region are and which ones of these are strategic hotspots with best chances of a successful church startup. Using the emRG Focus Matrix Approach we can quickly identify the target groups of a given area, where they live, how they can be reached and with whom you can work to achieve your goals.
